Cute local coffee spot! We have been coming here for years and love the fresh and amazing products. We prefer this coffee compared to going out. Our favorite is the dark Guatemalan, dark and strong, and the espresso, dark, strong and less bitter than Italian espresso. Premium offers many coffee bean varieties, k cups versions of their coffees, teas, a to go coffee and food bar and cute gifts. There is a coffee variety for everyone and you can buy fresh roasted beans by the pound and have them ground fresh on site. Great and friendly staff can offer suggestions. They also have a punch card for frequent customers. Good prices and deals for seniors on Tuesday’s. Staff is compliant to covid precautions. Everyone is wearing a mask and being safe. Hand sanitizer is placed around the store for customers to use. Awesome place, would def recommend! Wonderful local gift option for the holiday season for a coffee lover.

Fresh beans from dedicated coffee roasters.. finally found one in Buffalo. Very fresh beans, coz apparently nothing is more than 3 days old! If you go there as for Karen, she is amazing. She just gave us free samples to try.. I love privately owned businesses like that. They are genuine about their services and products and dealing with them is personal and close to the heart.. they now have a new loyal customer
I have been going to Premium Coffee for over 10 years and I love, love going. I love their coffee-Tuscan, Venetian, Dark Guatemalan are some of my favorites! Their coffee is easy on my stomach and is delicious! I don't know why people go to Tim Hortons next door when you can have way better coffee at Premium! And what makes this place even better are the women working there- they are all so friendly, welcoming and you can tell they enjoy working at Premium Coffee!
This coffee shop is a gem! They roast their beans on-site, and the aroma alone is worth the visit. Tons of flavors to choose from, whether you like classic blends or something more adventurous. The quality is top-notch, and the staff is super knowledgeable. A must-visit for any coffee lover!
This place is amazing!! It added a coffee bistro. This has made my trip there even better. I get my coffee of the month by the pound, grab/go pre-made breakfast overnight oats, sandwiches and fruit bowl, and my flavored coffee cold brew concoction and a unique gift all in one place! You definitely need to visit this place when you're in the Lackawanna/Hamburg area!! 5 stars!!
